1.To produce ethylene squama anti-corrosion series of liner materials by introducing internationally advanced production technologies and special equipments;
2.To introduce internationally advanced wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulphurization (FGD) techniques and technologies and key equipments, the company will act as a base, producing FGD desulphurization equipments in fitting way, which will be installed by subordinate engineering company of the enterprise.

In recent years, China is constantly enlarging the investment in environment protection, and environment protection industry is stepping into the phase of rapid development, increasing at the speed of 18% annually. In China the economic loss of crops, forest and human health caused by acid rain and sulfur dioxide pollutant amounts to over RMB 110 billion annually. On the other hand, sulfur dioxide discharged from thermal power plants accounts for high ratio of the whole sulfur dioxide discharge. Therefore, the desulphurization of power plants is the emphasis for reduction of discharging sulfur dioxide in China, and desulphurization environment protection industry is in the phase of rapid development.
Market demand for smoke desulphurization derives from two aspects, one is the desulphurization of old power plant, accounting for about 30%, i.e. the existing quantity of market demand; the other is the desulphurization of newly established power plant, accounting for 70%, i.e. the increasing quantity of market demand. Calculated at the way that the average investment of installing desulphurization facilities per kilowatt is RMB 300, suppose that the demand of newly established power plant makes up 80% of the market demand for total smoke desulphurization, while 80% of newly established thermal power plants install desulphurization facilities, market demand of thermal power plants for smoke desulphurization will be over RMB 6 billion per year in the next three years.
